Diver[city] aims to draw in Kansas Citizens,
especially those structurally segregated from the economic heart of the city, by creating an inclusive innovation hub for all. The Master-plan for this socially conscious  development is composed of three  development actions: Empowerment, Inclusion, and Growth. Within Each Phase of development, Diver[city] builds on the concepts of wide and dynamic public spaces, green infrastructure, social  well-being, and opportunities for future growth.
