Our team’s submission presents a forward-thinking, community-led housing model that emphasizes
flexibility, universal accessibility, and the ability to adapt to changing needs. We propose innovative
urban strategies such as organic coverage, fluid dwelling, transitional zoning, dynamic density, single staircases, and city incentives to enhance livability and affordability.
