YONGE & CHURCHILL DIALOG - TORONTO STUDIO

YONGE & CHURCHILL is a mixed-use residential and commercial project that responds to the rich textures of the diverse, multi-cultural, and multi-generational community at the intersection of Yonge and Churchill. The design aims to preserve and reflect these layered social dynamics through both spatial development and the physical expression of the built form. By integrating low-rise and tower elements that respond sensitively to their immediate site conditions, the project seeks to create a cohesive urban fabric. The street-level experience is designed to encourage participation and connection, welcoming residents and community members alike into an inclusive and active public realm.
