It's the final development in the Town Square Precinct of The River District, featuring a mixed-use building and a Community Energy Centre. The design emphasizes sustainability, with mass timber construction, low-carbon materials, and the use of local labour.Oriented to engage the river and surrounding landscape, the project prioritizes walkability,active living, and multigenerational housing around a natural, landscaped courtyard.
